General Information
This Privacy Statement explains what types of information Inovatica S.A. (“Inovatica” “we,” “us,”) or our service providers may collect from or about visitors to our websites or applications (“you”), and describes our practices for collecting, using, retaining, protecting, disclosing, and transferring such information.

This Privacy Statement applies to personal information and other information collected by Inovatica or its service providers from or about visitors to our websites or applications (collectively, “websites”) that display or link to this Privacy Statement. Unless otherwise specified below, this Privacy Statement does not apply to any other products or services or to information collected in any other way (whether online or offline) or for any other purpose. Information we may process about clients of our customers is addressed separately in the section below entitled "Personal Information of our Customers’ Clients."
What Personal and Other Information Does Inovatica Collect?
Inovatica or our service providers may collect personal information and other information from or about you when you:
- interact with us in person – through correspondence, by phone, by social media, or through our inovatica.com (“Site”),
- are using our products.
For purposes of this Privacy Statement, “personal information”means information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address, user IDs and date. We may collect personal data if it is considered to be of legitimate interest and if this interest is not overridden by your privacy interests. We make sure an assessment is made, with an established mutual interest between you and inovatica.com.
We also may collect information that is related to you but that does not personally identify you, such as your computer’s operating system, browser, and your use of and activities on our websites.
Why we collect and use personal data
We collect and use personal data mainly to perform customer service. We also collect data about partners and persons seeking a job or working in our company. We may use your information for the following purposes:
- send you information about the services and products that you have purchased from us,
- reply to a ‘Contact me’,
- follow up on incoming requests (client support, emails, chats, or phone calls),
- notify you of any disruptions to our services,
- contact you to conduct surveys about your opinion on our services and products,

- to protect the rights and property of Inovatica, our agents, customers, and others.
Includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use, - in an emergency. Includes protecting the safety of our employees, our customers, or any person.
Collection of Information Using Cookies and Other Tools for Online Advertising
Inovatica may collect and/or log your Internet Protocol address, Internet domain name, the web browser and operating system used to access our websites, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit. Inovatica may collect this information automatically as you browse our websites through the use of log files and web beacons. Inovatica may also use cookies to automatically collect information about your use of our websites. Cookies are text files that are sent from a website or application via your browser and placed on your computer's hard drive or your mobile device. Thereafter, when you visit that website or application, a message is sent back to the web server by the browser accessing the website or application, and this information about your activities is stored in the cookie. We may also use cookies and other electronic tools placed by a third-party service provider to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and other information and help us understand what product information is of most interest to our customers and what kinds of advertising offers our customers like to see. Although the service provider logs the information coming from our websites on our behalf, Inovatica controls how that data may and may not be used.
How long we keep your data?
We store personal data for as long as we find it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also considering our need to answer your queries or resolve possible problems. This helps us to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws, to attend to any legal claims/complaints, and for safeguarding purposes. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it securely. We may process data for statistical purposes, but in such cases, data will be anonymized.

Transfer of Your Information to Other Countries
In accordance with applicable law, personal and other information covered by this Privacy Statement may be transferred to, and processed and stored in, the United States or any other country in which Inovatica or its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, business partners, or customers maintain facilities, even if the level of data privacy required is less than that required by the European Union or under the Safe Harbor. By submitting your personal information to Inovatica or our service providers, you consent to such transfers and to the worldwide processing of your personal information.
